Senator Chris Edwards
Senator Chris Edwards resides in Eugene with his wife Ali, their two children Simon and Anna, and dog Lilly. Since first being elected to the Oregon House of Representatives in 2006, Representative Edwards has dedicated himself to improving the lives of Oregon’s children and families. As the parents of child with Autism, Chris and his wife understand first hand the importance of early intervention and early childhood special education. He toured the state as Chair of the Oregon Autism Project - the State Legislative Task Force on Autism during the summer of 2008. As an appointed Commissioner of the Oregon Commission on Autism Spectrum Disorder, Chris will continue to work on bettering the lives of children and adults with special needs and their families.
