Jean Rystrom
Although Jean Rystrom originally started out as a classical musician, she has spent the most recent 25 years following her passion to improve health care at Kaiser Permanente and in the community. She has served as a financial analyst, project manager, and for the last 13 years, as Regional Practice Director for Pediatrics, supporting a group practice of approximately 100 pediatric clinicians. Jean has experience working at the confluence of medical care delivery and insurance administration to create high quality programs which are medically indicated, patient centric, collaborative and cost efficient. Jean works closely with Kaiser Permanente clinicians on Autism Spectrum medical issues from the primary care setting through specialty care services. Jean lives in Portland with her husband and their teen son.
